Builder will receive 20% credit line in next 30 days after depositing the 20% or the double of the deposited amount
Builder can only use credit line in the same project

Builder will receive without interest credit line
On time funds and risk mitigation process from bank
No other charges
Builder will return the inventory of same amount but 30% less than the market price.
Builder will share the sales rights of the same amount of at the time of signing an agreement.
